Polite requests

When requesting something, like in a restaurant, what is the difference between the following? Me gustaría... Me encantaría... quisiera... Are there other common or better ways to ask for something politely? Thanks

Me gustaría = I would like
Me encantaría = I would love
Quisiera = kind of the same, "I would like" but less formal. It just means "I want".

By the way, all of those sound excellent, sadly no one uses them, at least here in Puerto Rico. I think you would be fine as long as you use "por favor" and "gracias".
