What flag has a blue triangle with one star and one red and one white stripe??

The Puerto Rican flag almost fits that description but has more stripes. It has one blue triangle to the left with a white star, and on the right it has three red stripes and two white ones.

The Chilean flag is also similar, but the blue area with the white star is a square, not a triangle.
