Did you buy premium subscription but still can't access all the lessons?
Please be sure you have activated your subscription.
Google Checkout provided you with an activation link aftering the check out process. If you have lost your subscription activation link, please contact us for assistance.
Why can't I hear the lesson audio?
We use a standard technology called HTML5 for the audio in our lessons. Most modern web browsers like Safari, Firefox, and Chrome work well with HTML5. If you're not using an HTML5 compliant browser, we recommend you upgrade.
But I am using Chrome, so why I don't hear the audio?
Most installations of Google Chrome can use our web apps without experiencing any issues. However, with the latest release of Chrome (v16), we have received reports of people who still have trouble hearing the audio.
We're investigating the issue, but recommend temporarily switching to Firefox or Safari.

We find most other problems can be resolved by clearing your browser cache.
